it's me again! funny that! Chatting away with a good friend of mine about plans for the future, it's so exciting! It's incredible to think what the future has in store for us, and the way we are given so many opportunities, it's an incredible world we live in. that being said, life is not easy, and usually the easiest road is not always the right one or the most morally correct. But there are so many things in life to be enjoyed, and friends to share them with! That's one of the most important things about life, I think - it's one thing to experience amazing things, but it's so much more special to share them with friends :)

another fantastic session of ramblings from yours truly. One thing that's been on my mind a lot, with school examinations and whatnot, is the fact that we are expected to know so much for our exams, yet in the real world, people specialise in one area, they don't know a hundred English quotations as well as figures from 3 different countries as well as dozens of case studies! no they don't! They know the stuff in their field and if they're unsure, they look it up!! it's a lovely process, by simply typing in a website and a search parameter, they can find out what it is they either don't know or have forgotten. and yet, here we are, students, expected to know monumental amounts of stuff in all sorts of subjects. What the hell? where's the fairness, and how accurate at determining whether someone is suitable for a uni course is a number that relies on simple regurgitation??

Ok, my last post was a little inadequate I think (by the way, my finger feels much better!)

I can't really sleep, probably why I am online right now - and fulfilling my promise of 'ramblings'. I can ramble for hours. It's a gift...I think :P
life right now is pretty good, and i think it's jolly good when life is good....ok, maybe I am a little tired, cause I am making no sense.
I should probably get some sleep, it is a tad late...or early, cause it is technically morning

Well.....

well, I am kinda new at this whole thing, and my finger is aching cause I burnt it on a woodburning what-sa-ma-call-it. ouchies, only in my world!
I got the idea for starting a blog from a friend of mine, and so, after much deliberation, we come to the point that I am now posting stuff. hooray! I made it this far, virtual hi 5!! ouch, finger hurting, where's the water?
